Abstract
1313142 Coating with epoxy resin composition KAO SOAP CO Ltd 22 April 1970 [22 April 1969] 19193/70 Heading C3B The durability of flexible materials used as coatings for pavements and roadways is increased by coating with a composition comprising a binder of 100 parts by wt. of epoxy resin e.g. a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A and 50- 150 parts by wt. of oleylamine. The composition may also comprise mineral aggregate particles <5 mm. in size and also may contain pigment. The pavement may comprise asphalt. Pavement blocks coated with the epoxy resin/oleylamine composition are also disclosed.
