Abstract
1397355 urea-bitumen compositions STICKSTOFFWERK PIESTERITZ VEB 12 Oct 1973 [25 Oct 1972] 47817/73 Heading C1B The transport and storage properties of fertilizer urea are improved by the addition of a 5% to 40% solution of bitumen in mineral oil. The inherent friability of the urea is thereby reduced, and the angle of repose of the granules is increased. The bitumen solution, preferably 10% to 20% by weight, may be added in an amount of from 0À2 to 1% by weight of the urea.
