Abstract
1393622 Powder metallurgy forging INTERNATIONAL NICKEL Ltd 26 March 1973 [27 March 1972 30 May 1972] 14463/73 Headings C7A and C7D] Pore free powder metallurgical bodies are made by forging a body of pre-alloyed powder at such a temperature that the alloy has a two phase structure, each phase constituting at least 4% by volume of the alloy, one phase being F.C.C. and the other being B.C.C. or body centred tetragonal. The process may be applied to powders of the following compositions:-
