Roller bearings. - The rollers of a roller bearing are connected together at each end by a chain, some of the links e of which are enlarged so as to engage the lateral faces of one or both race rings a, b to guide the rollers laterally. The joint pins d of the chains pass through bushes g in the rollers c. Washers h are placed between the rollers and the chain links. The race rings are formed without guiding-flanges.
