Abstract

1368254 Inductors B C JOSEPH 31 Aug 1971 40537/71 Heading H1T A ballast choke for a fluorescent light comprises a stack of laminations, each layer comprising a central leg with an air gap and outer legs, the ends of the legs being joined by yokes whose width is greater by an amount W than the width of the outer legs. Each layer may comprise two E-shaped stampings as shown or a single lamination (Fig. 4, not shown).
