1357333 Heating buildings TRUBENISED (GT BRITAIN) Ltd 8 Oct 1971 [15 July 1970] 34355/70 Heading F4V A warm air central heating system for a building comprises a heater 1, a riser 2 and a duct system in the ceiling of the room containing the heater. Heated air is collected in the riser 2, which opens into a discharge chamber 4 communicating with the duct system. The ducts are formed between battens 5 secured to the ceiling, and closed from below by ceiling panels 6; guide vanes 8 provide seals between the ducts and the discharge chamber 4. Hot air is passed from the duct into rooms on the level as the first room, and into other rooms above this level by outlets in the floor of these rooms.
