Abstract

1356987 Brick panels A EICH 2 July 1971 [9 July 1970] 31157/71 Heading E1B A panel comprises a plurality of hollow glass tiles or blocks 1, built up on a horizontal carrier bar 2 which has a plurality of longitudinally spaced support points 3, tubes 7 passing between adjacent blocks, and supporting rods 4 movably positioned in each tube and engaging in a recess 11 beneath the carrier bar. Lifting devices 9 are attached to the upper end 8 of the rods 4 for moving the panels. The panel may have a metal frame 12 all the way round its perimeter. Opposite ends of the supporting rods may have interengaging formations for securing two panels together.
