Abstract

1347614 Mixing apparatus DR C OTTO & CO GmbH 21 Sept 1972 [23 Sept 1971] 43670/72 Heading B1C [Also in Division F1] In a transport system in which oil-carbon pellets are conveyed in a liquid carrier (see Division Fl), the pellets are fed from a chute to a funnel 19 in a hopper 15, 16 to which the carrier liquid is supplied via a tangential inlet 20. The subsequent mixture is fed via an acceleration section 21 to a second mixer 3 to which carrier liquid is also supplied.
