Abstract
1341752 Margarine fat composition UNILEVER Ltd 19 April 1971 [10 Feb 1970] 21412/71 Heading C5C A margarine fat composition contains a blend of normally liquid and solid fat components, wherein the former comprises randomized safflower or tobacco seed oil or edible oil from a variety of sunflower or vegetable oil at least 65% of the combined fatty acid content of which is polyunsaturated. The solid component comprises a blend of peanut cotton seed oil, stearine and ground-nut oil having an iodine value of 40-50, or partially hydrogenated rape seed oil with an iodine value of 53-55. The liquid component may contain a portion of the above mentioned oils in unrandomized form.
