1,219,895. Portable desks; filing boxes. C.R.V. HITCH. 21 May, 1968 [22 May, 1967], No. 23554/67. Headings B6A and B6E. [Also in Division B8P. A portable desk for use in motor vehicles comprises a container 2, Fig. 2, which is intended for placing on the front passenger seat and provided with side walls 4, the upper edges of which are inclined such that a removable lid 6, having clips 18, Fig. 7, for attachment to the steering wheel, presents a printing surface which is inclined towards the driver. The lid 6 also constitutes a sheet holder in conjunction with a clip 14 and the container forms a filing box the interior of which is fitted with a fixed partition 10, Fig. 6.
