1,215,172. Oxime derivatives. FARBENFABRIKEN BAYER A.G. 10 Jan., 1968 [10 Jan., 1967], No. 1442/68. Heading C2C. Compounds which contain the radical which may be attached to any desired radical, e.g. alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkyl, aryl or H, are made by reacting the corresponding oximes with an excess of phosgene in the presence of at least a stoichiometric amount of a hydrogen chloride binding agent at a temperature of - 50 to + 100 C.
