Abstract

1,210,654. Hit-and-miss ventilators. MICRO & PRECISION MOULDINGS (CHELTENHAM) Ltd. 5 Jan., 1968 [20 Jan., 1967], No. 3123/67. Heading F4V. A ventilator comprises a front plate 1 and a back plate 2 both made of a synthetic plastic, the back plate being secured to the wall by screws engaging keyhole slots 4 and the front plate engaging the back plate by means of lugs 7, 8 on the top and bottom edges of the plates. The front plate carries apertures 9 and the back plate carries apertures 10, one set of apertures may form a fly-screen. The front plate is moved by hand to alter the register of the apertures. The plates can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
