1,210,061. Vehicle rear view mirrors. J. L. HAVILL. 27 Oct., 1967 [28 July, 1966], No. 33941/66. Heading B7J. [Also in Divisions G4-G6] A flashing direction indicator comprising a transparent or translucent lens 3 is secured to the back of a vehicle driving mirror 1, 2. The lens projects beyond the mirror casing 1 so that the indication is visible from both sides of the vehicle and from the driving seat, and contains two pairs of clips 6 holding festoon light bulbs 7, the supply of current to which is by way of a wire passing up through the supporting arm of the mirror.
