Abstract
1290059 Milk product UNILEVER Ltd 1 July 1971 [1 July 1970] 31885/70 Heading A2B A dried material which is reconstitutable, for example with boiling water, to a chewy textured foodstuff, is prepared by heating milk, for example buffalo or cow milk, to at least 90‹C to denature the whey proteins, and is then allowed to cool somewhat and thereafter treated with acid to precipitate a fatty acid, which is separated, consolidated, cooked, for example fried, and dried in the form of pieces. The product may be used as a component of a curry mix.
