1283326 Treating cellulosic material UGINE KUHLMANN 19 April 1971 [13 April 1970] 26842/71 Heading ASE [Also in Division C2] A process for the treatment of cellulosic material comprises applying to the material, in the form of an organic solution or aqueous emulsion or dispersion, a water-insoluble ester of an organic carboxylic acid, not containing an SO 3 H group, with monohydroxynonachlorodiphenyl or 4, 4'-dihydroxyoctachlorodiphenyl. The ester-containing composition may also contain glue.
