1281695 Switch indicator ARROW-HART (EUROPE) Ltd 21 Nov 1969 [22 Nov 1968] Heading H1N In an illuminated push-button operated switch having a lamp 17 mounted under a transparent or translucent button 14, a guard 24 is also made of transparent or translucent material so that the button 14 is visible from the side. In the example the guard 24 is tubular and snap-fitted at 25 over a threaded mounting sleeve 23. The guard 24 may be of circular, elliptical, square or hexagonal cross-section.
