Abstract

1280700 Labels D A FURZEY F H HALL and D S HOPKINS [trading as CEDENCO LABELS] 16 Dec 1970 [22 Dec 1969] 62401/69 Heading B8F [Also in Divisions A5 and B6] A label adapted to be placed on a finger nail for cosmetic purposes comprises a preferably circular tab of transparent plastics film material printed on one face with a coloured decorative design and having a pressure sensitive adhesive on the other face. The design may be luminescent and the tab may be made in a variety of sizes adapted to partially cover the nails. A sheet of silicon coated paper may be provided on which a plurality of the tabs are releasably mounted and in a method of producing the tabs and sheet, a composite sheet comprising the plastics film laminated to a sheet of silicon coated paper by means of a pressure sensitive adhesive is printed with decorative designs at intervals and circular incisions are made around the designs through only the plastics film.
