1278942 Sequestering compositions BADISCHE ANILIN- & SODA-FABRIK AG 19 Sept 1969 [21 Sept 1968] 46200/69 Heading C1C [Also in Division C7] A boiler scale inhibitor composition comprises a mixture of an alkali metal salt of a polyaminopolycarboxylic acid, e.g. the tetrasodium salt of EDTA, and a corrosion inhibitor selected from monohydric or polyhydric acetylene alcohols having from 4 to 16 carbon atoms, and thiourea and/or its symmetrical and/or asymmetrical monosubstituted and/or disubstituted N-alkyl or N-aryl derivatives.
