Abstract
1,260,306. Fluidic devices. PLESSEY CO. Ltd. April 18, 1969 [April 29, 1968], No.20181/68. Heading G3H. A fluidic device shaped as shown in Fig. 3 provides an irreversible flow-path from channel A to channel B, and has an exhaust channel C which receives substantially all of a reverse flow which can be connected to the outer end of channel B. In a modification Fig. 5 the channels are reshaped, and a further channel 38 further inhibits reverse flow into channel A. The device is stated to be suitable for feeding fluid through a filter and for receiving a filter clearing fluid flowing in the reverse direction.
