[Also in Divisions E2 and G2- G3] In a film projector, an ellipsoidal reflector 2 and coaxial halogen lamp 1 are formed as one unit which is accurately and detachably located in a holder 3 by engagement of the rim of the reflector with the inside face of a recess 3c in the holder, and with an abutment 3c under the action of springs 4, 5. A boss 2a on the rim diametrically opposite abutment 3e enters a recess 3d in the holder. Side extensions of the holder engage the reflector laterally. The locating means may be alternatively placed for lateral insertion of the unit into the projector.
