Abstract

1,247,035. Bottles. I. SOLOWEY. 1 Oct., 1968 [17 June, 1968], No. 46576/68. Heading B8D. A multi-cavity bottle assembly comprises a one-step moulded bottle 11, constituting a primary vessel, apertured at 15, 17, the aperture 17 being closed by a unitary moulded hollow plug 18 forming a secondary vessel. In another embodiment, the hollow plug (21), Fig. 2 (not shown), is introduced into the lower aperture from above and is secured from outside the bottle 11 by a nut and washer. Fig. 5 depicts the secondary vessel closed from the top by a bell cover 85 having a handle 89, the secondary vessel being located within an annular bead 82. A hollow plug (71), Fig. 4 (not shown), has a central, upstanding partition dividing the plug into two compartments. In another embodiment, Fig. 3 (not shown), the plug, open at both ends, has its bottom end closed by a screw shank.
