Abstract

1,245,732. Hydraulic motor control circuits. POLYGRAPH LEIPZIG KOMBINAT FUR POLYGRAPHISCHE MASCHINEN UND AUSRESTENGEN. Jan.20, 1970, No.2684/70. Heading F1P. An adjustable pressure limiting valve 1 in the control circuit of a hydraulic motor (not shown) for driving a cyclically operable machine e.g., a paper cutter (not shown) is controlled so as to vary the maximum operating pressure of the fluid by means of a rod 6 which is cyclically displaceable from a reference position in synchronism with each operating cycle of the machine. As shown the control rod 6 is moved by a lever 16 having one end adjustably held by a screw 20 against a spring 19 and having the other end 17 abutting a cam 9 driven by a rotary shaft 10 of the machine. Inward movement of rod 6 increases the operating pressure limit and the operating range is thus at its highest when the lower end 17 of lever 16 abuts a stop 21.
