Abstract

1,244,921. Building panels. YTONG INTERNATIONAL A.B. 9 June, 1969 [10 June, 1968], No. 29127/69. Heading E1B. A building panel 23 has an opening therein to receive a unit comprising a vertical duct 11, a horizontal duct 12 and a window frame 10, and opposed holes 28, 29 which communicate with the duct 11 and with the duct of an adjacent unit in a panel above or below. The ducts carry pipes or cables and may have demountable covers. In a modification the unit comprising a vertical duct and a window frame is positioned between prefabricated panels in a wall having opposed openings communicating with the_ duct.
