Abstract

An animal feed comprises bis (5-nitro-2-furfural) carbohydrazone as a growth promoter. The feeds may comprise ground grains, grain byproducts, animal and vegetable proteins, inorganic compounds providing minerals, vitamins and other growth promoters. The examples disclose feeds of specific composition.
