Abstract

1,195,241. Pneumatic tyre. DUNLOP CO. Ltd. 26 March, 1968 [28 March, 1967], No. 14010/67. Heading B7C. A pneumatic tyre comprises a tread provided with traction bars each extending substantially from the mid-circumferential plane of the tyre towards at least one shoulder, the leading face of each bar having an angle of inclination over a part at least of its length of at least 20 degrees with respect to a radial direction and the trailing face having an angle of inclination substantially between 5 degrees and 10 degrees with respect to a radial direction.
