Abstract

1,180,434. Dispensing cabinets. ERIC CORNER Ltd. 21 May, 1968 [28 June, 1967], No. 29732/67. Heading A4T. [Also in Division B8] An article dispensing cabinet has stacked articles such as towels withdrawn singly through a slot between the lower edge of the front wall 6 and the front edge of the bottom wall 12, respective cut-outs 25 and 14 being provided, and a flexible liner 26 secured inside the front wall 6 and exposed at the cut-out 25 can be pushed inwardly to release jammed articles. Hinge pins 16 on the front wall 6 are received in turnedback portions 15 on the bottom wall 12. Wall 6 is locked to the cabinet by a spring- loaded tongue 21 receivable in a slot 9, and is openable by a key (23). The liner comprises a single or double sheet of, e.g., P.V.C. A steel plate may be mounted on top of the stack of articles to weight them. The back wall 10 has keyhole slots 13 and bolt holes for fixing to a wall. An inspection window 24 is provided.
