Abstract
1,179,090. Conductors. TELEFUNKEN PATENTVERWERTUNGS-G.m.b.H. 3 July, 1968 [6 July, 1967], No.31695/68. Heading H1A. A conductor comprises a plurality of metallized quartz fibres formed into a stranded wire such that the metal plating of each fibre is in electrical contact with each adjacent fibre. The diameter of each fibre may be 5-10 Ám., and the plating material may be nickel or chromium.
