1,164,492. Laminated disposable diapers. CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL PAPER CO. 17 Aug., 1966 [17 Aug., 1965], No. 9938/69. Divided out of 1,164,491. Heading B5N. [Also in Division A3] An assembly of material from which disposable diapers can be cut is formed by enveloping a pad of loose cellulosic fibres, folding side edge portions of the enveloped pad inwardly and then back upon themselves to form leg-engaging pleats, and compressing the pleats by calendering so as to leave the portion of the pad between the pleats relatively uncompressed. The subject-matter of the Specification is fully disclosed in Specification 1,164,491.
