Abstract

1,160,083. Caps for containers. KODAK Ltd. 31 Oct., 1966 [16 Nov., 1965], No. 48654/65. Heading B8T. A plastics cap 1 for an aluminium film spool container 6 has inner and outer concentric skirts with facing beads 4, 5 of which the latter snaps-over the rolled edge 7 of the container. In one modification, the bead 4 is of reduced thickness, Fig. 3 (not shown), and in another modification, the inner lower edge 10 of the outer skirt extends parallel to the cap axis, Fig. 4 (not shown). The cap 1 may be moulded with an inner tube (12), Fig. 1 (not shown), @ing from its top and acting to locate the ' in the container.
