Abstract

1,020,677. Amusement devices. O. O'DANIELL. Jan. 15, 1965, No. 1880/65. Heading A6M. An amusement device comprises an inflatable container having a dome on one face whose diameter is substantially greater than the height, and anchor means fixed on the other face. In the first embodiment the anchor means comprises a base 12, Fig. 1, and a clamping rim 26, the said base and rim being buried slightly below earth level. Fig. 3 shows the method of inflating by means of a valve 32. Other embodiments show the device floating in water and anchored by a line, Fig. 4 (not shown), and a similar device for use in the water but mounted on a pillar at a suitable height in the water, Figs. 5 and 6 (not shown).
