[Also in Division B5] A cushion comprises a polyurethane or like foam material expanded around one or more resilient members 6, e.g. coiled or helical springs, sinuous wires, resilient webbing, or rubber or plastic membranes, to form a composite unit. The resilient members 6 may be welded to tubular frame members 7. A thin skin of polyvinyl resinous material is formed on the surface of the cushion during moulding. The cushions may be used on tubular metal vehicle seats 4 which have a moulded valence 5.
