Abstract

1,080,592. Paper bags. E. S. & A. ROBINSON Ltd. Feb. 18, 1964 [Feb. 18, 1963], No. 6444/63. Heading B8K. A paper bag to form a sterile pack when filled and sealed consists of a sheet folded and seamed to form front and back panels 6, 7 of which the front panel extends below the bottom of the back panel. To close the bottom of the bag the lower part is turned up as shown in Fig. 6 and the front panel is adhesively secured at 12 to the back panel. The inner surfaces of the panels have stripes of heat-sealable material at the the top and bottom. After filling, these stripes are heat-sealed together to form a sealed package.
