Ferromanganese comprising:- .74.30%.Mn .6.78%.C .0.24%.Si the remainder Fe, including P, S and other impurities, or ferro-silicon-manganese comprising:- .61.20%.Mn .15.53%.Si .2.37%.O the remainder Fe, including P, S and other impurities, is made into portions of convenient size for adding to steel for deoxidation or alloying by dropping and breaking necked castings (see Division B3).
