Abstract

1,071,271. Cleaning pads. A. R. WARNER. Nov. 27, 1963 [Sept. 3, 1962], No. 33693/62. Heading A4F. An appliance for cleaning Venetian blinds comprises a pair of synthetic sponge pads 13, 14 mounted on the inner surfaces of the arms 11, 12 of a U-shaped plastics handle 10. The arms are biased outwardly and latch member 16, 21 is provided to hold the pads 13, 14 in position against a blind slat. Abutments 23 are provided to locate the blind slat. The member 16 may be a spring wire or a nylon rod.
