Abstract

1,068,290. Transformers. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ELECTRIC CORPORATION. Dec. 10, 1965 [Dec. 17, 1964], No. 52472/65. Heading H1T. A line output transformer for television receivers comprises at least a primary and secondary winding 1, 2 arranged side-by-side on a magnetic core 3, in which the separation of the windings 1, 2 is regulated to vary the inductive coupling between the windings, and thereby tune the third harmonic of the flyback frequency of the horizontal deflection stage. The core may be a window or toroidal core.
