Abstract

1,064,978. Cabinets; drawers; shelving &C. READY METAL MANUFACTURING CO. April 14, 1964 [April 15, 1963; Jan. 2, 1964], No. 15483/64. Headings A4B and A4H. A knock down display rack or cabinet arrangement has slotted uprights 10 detachably connected by stretcher bars 18 and beams 23 and floor supported outriggers 15 detachably connected to the posts. Frames 38 resting on the outrigger support display panels, and shelves (48) drawers or drop-front cabinets are supported on the assembly. The drawers are supported between vertical panels (215) secured to the uprights by hooked elements (221) each such panel having track guides (225), co-operating with rollers carried by the drawers, and a stop (228) to prevent inadvertent removal of the drawer which can be disassembled for storage when not in use. Alternatively bins may slide within a cabinet and have legs provided with castors for support outside the cabinet.
