Abstract
1,053,475. Bearings. H. MAIHAK A.G. April 29, 1964 [Feb. 17, 1964], No. 17766/64. Heading F2A. [Also in Division H1] A rectilinear-motion bearing for the slider of an electric regulator comprises a flat slide member which carries a sliding contact and has V-shaped projections received by V-shaped guide rails. In an embodiment the slide member 3 which is made of synthetic plastics material, has V-shaped projections 4 mounted in V-shaped recesses of guide rails 1, 2. Lubricant chambers 5, Fig. 3 (not shown), are provided between the V-shaped projections 4 of the slide member 3 and the latter has a projection 6 which is attached to a strap 7 on which is mounted resilient contacts 8 which, upon movement of the member 3, slide on a contact track or tracks 9. The slide member 3 is actuated by a handle 10 mounted on the top of the strap 7.
