A shelf bracket arrangement includes a vertical flanged channel support element A, a cantilever bracket arm D having jaws 4 which embrace the channel flanges to be slidable thereon and a wedge B which is inserted in the channel from beneath to engage with a wedge C inserted between the jaws to secure the bracket in the desired position.
