Abstract
COMPOSITION LAITIERE SEMI EPAISSE A LONGUE CONSERVATION ET A BASE DE CREME LEGERE ET D’INGREDIENTS NATURELS La présente invention concerne une composition laitière à base de crème d’origine laitière légère, semi épaisse, à longue conservation et à base d’ingrédients d’origine naturelle. A cet effet, la composition comprend : - une crème d’origine laitière, - un lait écrémé, - entre 2,2 et 3,2 % d’au moins un amidon granulaire, en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, - entre 0,7 et 1,1 % d’au moins un amidon non granulaire, en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, - entre 0,1 et 0,2 % d’agar agar, en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, et présente une teneur en matière grasse inférieure ou égale à 30%.
