Abstract
L'invention concerne une machine de compression et détente comportant un corps (12a) avec au moins une chambre (12) de révolution autour d'un axe de symétrie et des pistons tournant (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) autour de l'axe de symétrie et divisant la chambre en cellules (15a, 15b, 15c, 15d) tournant avec les pistons, ladite machine comprenant en outre un dispositif de coordination (22) du mouvement desdits pistons configuré pour que, lors d'un tour de rotation, chaque cellule (15a, 15b, 15c, 15d) effectue au moins un premier cycle d'expansion/contraction correspondant à une étape de compression d'un premier flux de gaz passant par cette cellule et au moins un deuxième cycle d'expansion/contraction correspondant à une étape de détente d'un deuxième flux de gaz passant par cette cellule.
