Le procédé de fabrication comporte au moins une étape de traitement d'une pièce (100, 200) en matériau composite carbone-carbone. Dans une première variante, le procédé comporte des étapes d'usinage et une étape de traitement de la pièce. Dans une deuxième variante, le procédé comporte une étape de broyage de la pièce avant l'étape de traitement et une étape de moulage après l'étape de traitement.
