Abstract
Une bague de synchronisation (10) pour des boîtes de vitesses manuelles synchronisées en particulier est fabriquée par formage d'un matériau plat en métal, où une surface de friction conique (20) est produite, dans laquelle des rainures axiales (24) sont incorporées par usinage sans enlèvement de copeaux, où un outil est déplacé de manière axiale par rapport à la surface de friction (20) en produisant la surface de friction finale (20). Au moins la surface de friction (20) est abrasée par vibrations puis durcie.
