Abstract

L'orthèse comprend un support (2) rigide comportant : - une partie proximale (3) en forme de gouttière recevant l'avant-bras (104) et possédant une langue (34) distale formant un appui pour le poignet et une portion proximale de la paume ; - une partie distale (4) placée sous les doigts longs et sous une portion distale de la paume ; - une partie intermédiaire (5) comportant un appui (51) pour le pouce et un appui palmaire (52). La partie intermédiaire (5) est montée pivotante par rapport à la partie distale (4) autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (21), et par rapport à la partie proximale (3) autour d'un deuxième axe de pivotement (22). Les axes de pivotement sont orientés selon la direction antéropostérieure (Z) du porteur et passent par la paume, le deuxième axe étant décalé dans la direction proximale (P) par rapport au premier axe.
