Abstract

Le but de l'invention est de fournir un nouveau système constructif de bâtiments, ayant pour caractéristique d'être multicouche, isolant, ductile et léger. L'invention concerne un système constructif multicouche et isolant d'un bâtiment, caractérisé en ce que (a) système comprend au moins une paroi associée à au moins une couche d'isolant durci, (b) l'épaisseur maximale de la couche d'isolant durci est comprise entre 1 et 60 cm, (cl'isolant durci a une Masse Volumique Apparente en kg/m3 inférieure ou égale à 450 (d)cette couche d'isolant durci est préparée par gâchage avec de l'eau d'une composition sèche (d) comprenant: -A- au moins un liant incluant: -A1- au moins un liant hydraulique ou aérien; -A2- éventuellement au moins un agent rétenteur d'eau; -A3- éventuellement au moins un surfactant; -B- au moins un granulat biosourcé à base de tige de tournesol et/ou de tige de maïs et/ou de tige de colza présentant une Masse Volumique Apparente (MVA) en kg/m3, inférieure à 110; (e) cette composition a un ratio A/B [masse de liant -A- sec en kg-] / [masse de charge -B-sec en kg], compris entre 1 et 10. L'invention a également pour objet la composition sèche permettant de fabriquer, après mélange avec de l'eau, la couche d'isolant durci de ce système constructif. L'invention englobe également le procédé de fabrication du système constructif.
