Abstract
El objeto de la invención es proveer un nuevo sistema constructivo de edificios, que tiene como característica ser multicapa, aislante, dúctil y ligero. A tal fin, la invención se refiere a un sistema constructivo multicapa y aislante de un edificio, caracterizado porque (a) este sistema comprende al menos una pared asociada a al menos una capa de aislante endurecido, (b) el espesor máximo de la capa de aislante endurecido está comprendido entre 1 y 60 cm, (c) el aislante endurecido tiene una Masa Volumétrica Aparente (MVA) en kg/m3 inferior o igual a 450; 300; 250; 200; 150; 100; y mejor aún comprendida entre 50 y 300; 150 y 250; (d) esta capa de aislante endurecida es preparada por amasado con agua de una composición seca (d) que comprende: -A- al menos un ligante que incluye: ? -A1- al menos un ligante hidráulico o aéreo; ? -A2- eventualmente al menos un agente retenedor de agua; ? -A3- eventualmente al menos un surfactante; -B- al menos un granulado de base biológica a base de tallo de girasol y/o de tallo de maíz y/o de tallo de colza que presenta una Masa Volumétrica Aparente (MVA) en kg/m3 inferior a 110; de preferencia comprendida entre 10 y 80; (a) teniendo esta composición una relación A/B [masa de ligante -A- seco en kg] / [masa de carga -B- seco en kg], comprendida entre 1 y 10. La invención tiene también por objeto la composición seca que permite fabricar, después de mezclar con agua, la capa de aislante endurecido de este sistema constructivo. La invención engloba también el procedimiento de fabricación del sistema constructivo.
