Abstract

The device has a set of luminous indicators (L1-L5) e.g. LED indicators, distributed on a needle tachometer of a vehicle. Each luminous indicator is associated with one speed belonging to a set of regulatory maximum speeds e.g. 50 km/h, 90 km/h or 130 km/h, per dry weather or another set of regulatory maximum speeds e.g. 50km/h, 80 km/h or 110km/h, per rainy weather, where lighting and quenching of the luminous indicators are directly or indirectly controlled with a rain sensor (CA) of the vehicle.
