Abstract
The device has a weather event e.g. wind speed, measuring unit (1), and a sensor (3) that measures atmospheric pressure. A distance measuring device (6) is utilized for measuring distance covered by a vehicle. A vertical accelerometer is utilized for measuring vibrations of each wheel of the vehicle. A microcontroller (5) is utilized for calculating a driving difficulty coefficient, and a transmitter (2) transmits the driving difficulty coefficient. A global positioning device based on European geostationary navigation overlay service is utilized for measuring position of the vehicle.
