Abstract

Method of manufacturing decorative plates in which, starting from reels of wrapping paper capable of being perfectly folded and not brittle, regular plates are cut which are stacked on a table or on a smooth surface and to which they are then applied several layers of plastic paint of various tones and colors by forming various designs or decorative patterns, the paint is applied by means of airbrushes, using very elastic, deformable and non-brittle paints, we apply on the paint, before it dries, a light layer of sawdust or material having similar characteristics, which will adhere to it, one then proceeds to drying by means of a very strong heat and a flame to obtain drying perfect and adhesion to the paint and each plate is then cut to the size required to allow it to be creased and to form three-dimensional figures they stable.

The invention relates to a new manufacturing process for obtaining

  decorative plates which can be used for the decoration of cribs, display cases, models of model trains, the coating of flower pots, for the decoration of the bottom of aquariums and for multiple applications, which can take various forms by pleating and subsequently giving them the desired shape, having shapes imitating mountains, rocks and various landscapes, depending on the type of decoration sought, according to the process because of its high quality finish and its position remaining unalterable, having structural characteristics and constitution which differ markedly from the various types of

decoration currently existing.

  The current technique which has several means of decoration but whose characteristics are completely different from those of the decorative plates obtained using the process considered here, is not known

  systems similar to the process of the invention.

  In essence, the process which is the subject of the present application is based on reels of wrapping paper capable of being perfectly pleated and non-brittle, of variable length and width, by cutting the paper into

regular plates.
