Abstract

The cloakroom assembly is for guarding skis and the ski sticks and enables them to be locked for safety against theft in cloakrooms in various establishments. A lock can be operated by coins or tokens to release the skiing equipment. A sheet of stainless steel is cut and bent to form a housing (1) with a flat section (14) at one end. A number of these assemblies are attached along a wall. A slot (16) in the end section receives a bolt (5) for a lock (4) housed in a door assembly (3). This enables the skis (6), sticks, (7) and fixings (8) to be locked in a cut away section whose sides (11, 17) prevent them being extracted from the top. The sticks are held by clips (2) and are imprisoned by the door assembly.
