Abstract

L'invention concerne la biochimie. Elle a pour objet un procédé de mise en évidence ou de dosage d'un antigène par contact dans un milieu liquide simultanément ou par stades, 1 d'un antigène porté par un support insoluble, 2 d'un échantillon contenant l'antigène à rechercher 3 d'un premier anticorps, et 4 d'un second anticorps marqué au moyen d'un enzyme, le second anticorps se fixant ainsi sur la phase insoluble en raison inverse de la quantité d'antigène à rechercher, l'activité enzymatique pouvant être ensuite determinée sur la phase solide ou la phase liquide. Le procédé est préféré pour les analyses de dépistage.
